AIRTEC MOTORSPORT TORQUE MOUNT PEUGEOT 208 GTI

As part of our growing development program for the Peugeot 208 GTi, the AIRTEC Motorsport gearbox torque mount is now available.

Upgrading the original torque mount reduces engine movement and wheel hop during hard acceleration, which allows for faster gear changes and a feeling of improved response. 

Finished in silver, the heavy duty mount is machined from billet aluminium and is offered with a fast road/track day purple bush insert.

Features:

• CNC-machined from solid billet aluminium, bead blasted and finished in silver

• Fast road/track day purple polyurethane bush insert

• Reduces engine movement and wheel hop on hard acceleration

• Direct replacement for original cast aluminium and soft rubber torque mount

• Faster gear changes and feeling of improved response

• Can be fitted in under 30 minutes with no special tools required

Please note: Uprating the torque mount to a stiffer bushing will increase noise and vibration within the cabin.
