Product description:
The HPerformance blow off / WMI creates improvements on many aspects. First of all it helps to get rid of the oem blow off and all the leak / overboost problems by them. The original blow off is not designed for high boost applications and causes many failures and decreasing power by leaking. The mechanical blow in combination with the delete kit helps to get rid of these problems. Another reason for using external blow offs especially on high power applications above 700HP is the limited air outlet volume of the stock electric blow off. Higher boost levels can lead to massive compressor damages, as the amount of air can’t be released when closing the throttle body. Another aspect is the WMI nozzles, that can be put into the pipe to inject ethanol or methanol and reduce the knock sensivity and drop the intake air temperature massively.
